  • Finely Chopped Onion
  • Finely Chopped Tomato
  • Boiled Potato
  • Roasted Chana Peanuts (Singdana)
  • 5-6 Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Inch Ginger (Adarak)
  • 12-15 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt
  • Oil


  1. Heat little oil in pan and add red chilli powder and salt. Add roasted chana and peanut in it and sauté it well for 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a mixer cup add ½ cup roasted chana, green chilies, ginger, curry leaves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chaat masala, asafoetida, salt and coriander leaves. Grind it into coarse powder.
  3. In a bowl take some murmura, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, boiled potato, sev, puris, previously roasted peanuts and chana, prepared chutney, lemon juice, little salt, coriander leaves and mix well. Sukha Bhel is ready.
