  • 1 Cup of Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • ½ - ¾ Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 8-10 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1-1.5 Inch of Ginger (Adrak)
  • Salt
  • Oil


  1. In a mixing bowl take finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilies, grate ginger and add salt.
  2. Now gradually add gram flour and mix well and prepare batter for bhajiyas. Add water only if required. Due to moisture content of coriander leaves you won’t require water.
  3. Heat oil for frying and add 1 tablespoon of hot oil to the batter. Mix well.
  4. Make small bhajiyas and deep fry them.
  5. For serving take asafoetida, add little lemon juice to it and dip your bhajiyas in it and enjoy.
