We will make today a quick papad dish. Papad Churi is a side dish that
is must in our lunch. It gives a nice chatpata zing to our normal lunch.
Papad Churi consists of crushed papad with some fresh veggies and
melted butter which gives a nice taste to the recipe. Try out this Papad

- Papads
- Finely Chopped Onions
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1-2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
- ¾ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- ¾ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Melted Butter
- Salt
Procedure:
- Roast Papads.
- Break them into small pieces. Add finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped green chilies, red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice, salt, melted butter and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Papad Churi is ready.
