Spicy Tangy Batata Nu Shaak

Recipe:
Ingredients: 
  • 3-4 Boiled & Diced Potatoes
  • 1 Lengthwise Chopped Onion
  • ½ Cup Grated Coconut
  • ¼ Cup Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania)
  • 8-10 Dried Red Chilies (Sukhi Lal Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Tamarind (Imli) Water
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure: 
  1. Roast coriander seeds and dried red chilies on low gas. Let it cool and add it to a mixer cup. Add grated coconut and grind it into a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai and add chopped onion. Make it golden brown.
  3. Add Kashmiri red chili powder and the prepared paste. Sauté it well.
  4. Add boiled potatoes and mix well.
  5. Add salt and tamarind water. Mix well.
  6. Add water as per requirement. Close lid and cook for 5-10 minutes. Tangy & Tasty Batata Nu Shaak is ready.
