Recipe: 

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Soaked Sabudana
  • ½ Cup Roasted Singdana (Peanuts) Powder
  • 2-3 Boiled Potatoes
  • 8-10 Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Water 

Procedure:

  1. Soak the sabudana for 4-5 hours.
  2. In a mixer cup add green chilies, cumin seeds and grind it into paste.
  3. Add this paste to the sabudana, mashed potatoes, roasted peanut powder, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add little water and bind it well.
  5. Now heat tawa and add some ghee.
  6. Take a portion of the dough and flatten it with your palms or you can flatten it on a rolling pin. Try to make it as thin as possible.
  7. Roast it well and ghee if required. Make it crispy and golden brown.
  8. Apply some ghee on top and turn it. Roast the other side. Farali Dhebra is ready.
