Sabudana Balls - Navratri Recipes 2019 - Farali Recipes

In this season of Navratri we would like to bring amazing farali recipes for Navratri Vrat. Today we will make yummy & tasty Sabudana Balls recipe. The ingredients are similar to that of Sabudana Vada but making small balls makes them tempting and more crispy. Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups of Sago (Sabudana)
  • 3-4 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
  • ½ Cup Roasted Peanut (Singdana) Powder
  • 1-2 Teaspoons Green Chili-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Soak Sago (Sabudana) for 5-6 hours.
  2. In a bowl take the soaked sago (sabudana), add boiled & mashed potatoes, green chili-ginger paste, sugar, lemon juice, roasted peanut powder, coriander leaves and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and prepare the mixture to make the balls.
  3. Make small balls from the mixture and deep fry in oil. Fry them till they turn golden brown.
  4. Once they turn golden brown remove them in a bowl. Sabudana Balls are ready, serve them with Upvas chutney.
