Ingredients:
- ½ Cup of Sliced Coconut
- 5-6 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
- Handful of Roasted Peanuts (Singdana)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon of Sugar
- Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 1 Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 8-10 Curry Leaves (Kadi patta)
- Salt
- Water
- In a mixer bowl, take sliced coconut, green chillies (hari mirch), roasted peanuts, salt and sugar.
- Make a paste and add water to get the consistency of chutney.
- In a small utensil take some clarified butter.
- Add cumin seeds (jeera) and curry leaves (kadi patta).
- Add this hot tempering to the chutney and your upvas chutney is ready to enjoy with Sabudana Vada.
