Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 1 Packet Noodles
  • ¾ Cup Finely Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Spring Onion Leaves
  • 1 Finely Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage (Pata Gobi)
  • 10-12 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 5-6 Coarsely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Soya Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • Salt
Procedure:
  1. Heat some water and add salt and some oil. Add the noodles and boil them. Noodles will be ready in 5-10 minutes.
  2. Once the noodles are boiled, drain the water and take the noodles in a bowl.
  3. Heat some oil and add 10-12 finely chopped garlic cloves. Fry them till they become crispy and golden brown. Remove it in a bowl.
  4. In the same oil add coarsely chopped garlic cloves, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped spring onions, finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped spring onion leaves and finely chopped cabbage. Sauté them well.
  5. Add vinegar, soya sauce, red chili sauce, tomato sauce and salt as per taste. Mix well.
  6. Add boiled noodles and black pepper powder. Mix well.
  7. Top it with fried garlic cloves and finely chopped spring onion leaves. Burnt Garlic Noodles is ready.
