Hakka Noodles Recipe | Chinese Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

Hakka Noodles a classic Chinese Recipe is not so difficult to make with this quick recipe presented by Recipes Only. This recipe consists of the freshness of vegetables like carrots, cabbage, capsicum and spring onions along with the strong taste of garlic and the Chinese sauces. This is a perfect dish to make for your loved ones. Recipe: Ingredients-
  • Boiled Noodles
  • 3-4 Chopped Spring Onions
  • 2 Lengthwise Chopped Capsicums
  • 2 Lengthwise Chopped Carrots (Gajar)
  • ½ Lengthwise Chopped Cabbages (Patta Gobi)
  • 12-15 Chopped Garlic (Lehsun)
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Green Chilli Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Miri /Kali Mirch Powder)
  • Salt
  • Oil
Method-
  1. Take some oil in a wok or in a shallow bottomed pan.
  2. When oil is heated, add spring onions and sauté it.
  3. Similarly add capsicums, carrots (Gajar) and cabbage (Patta Gobi) one by one and sauté them.
  4. Sauté till all the vegetables shrink. Now add chopped garlic and fry it well.
  5. Add the soy sauce, red chilli sauce and the green chilli sauce.
  6. Add black pepper (Kali Miri Powder) powder.
  7. Add boiled noodles and mix them well with the sauces and flavours.
  8. Add salt as per taste.
  9. Give a toss to the noodles and serve it with soya chilli.
