Recipe:
Ingredients-
- 400 Grams of Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- 3-4 Finely Chopped Spring Onions
- 1-1.5 Inch Grated Ginger (Adrak)
- 18-20 Chopped Garlic (Lehsun)
- 8-10 Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
- 2 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
- 2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon of Honey
- Crushed Peppercorns (Kali Mirch Powder)
- Salt
Method-
- Take some oil in a shallow utensil for shallow frying the cottage cheese (paneer).
- Fry the paneer well from both sides and shown in the video.
- Add freshly crushed peppercorns (kali mirch) and salt and stir it well.
- Now another vessel, add the spring onions and sauté it well.
- Add the grated ginger, garlic and green chillies. Sauté the ingredients well.
- Mix the tomato and soy sauces well and now add the fried paneer and stir the ingredients well.
- Add a teaspoon of honey and recipe is ready to relish!
