Recipe: Ingredients-
  • 400 Grams of Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
  • 3-4 Finely Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1-1.5 Inch Grated Ginger (Adrak)
  • 18-20 Chopped Garlic (Lehsun)
  • 8-10 Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 2 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon of Honey
  • Crushed Peppercorns (Kali Mirch Powder)
  • Salt
Method-
  1. Take some oil in a shallow utensil for shallow frying the cottage cheese (paneer).
  2. Fry the paneer well from both sides and shown in the video.
  3. Add freshly crushed peppercorns (kali mirch) and salt and stir it well.
  4. Now another vessel, add the spring onions and sauté it well.
  5. Add the grated ginger, garlic and green chillies. Sauté the ingredients well.
  6. Mix the tomato and soy sauces well and now add the fried paneer and stir the ingredients well.
  7. Add a teaspoon of honey and recipe is ready to relish!
