- 2 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)
- 1 Cup Semolina (Rava)
- 1-2 Teaspoon Green Chilli-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
- Take wheat flour, add semolina, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, pav bhaji masala, cumin seeds, carom seeds, kauri methi, coriander leaves, green chilli-ginger paste and mix well.
- Add some water and knead a firm dough for puri. Cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out puris.
- Heat oil for deep frying puris, deep fry the puris well. Masala Puri is ready.
