Pudla is a quick to make breakfast recipe. This Gujarati pudla consists
of spinach, onions and tomatoes with some basic masalas and gram flour.
We will make this pudla slightly thick which gives a nice texture to
this pudla. This Gujarati recipe can also be enjoyed for dinner. You can
serve palak na pudla with green chutney or with tomato sauce. Do try

Ingredients:
- 3 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
- 2 Cups of Finely Chopped Spinach (Palak)
- 2 Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 Finely Chopped Tomato
- 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- 1-2 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- In mixing cup add finely chopped spinach, finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and gram flour. Mix it.
- Add water and prepare the batter. It should be slightly thick.
- Heat some oil on tawa and pour the batter. Spread it and keep it slightly thick. Cook it well on low gas. Cook on both sides. Palak Na Pudla is ready to relish.
