Lockdown Pizza Recipe
Pizza is an all time favorite recipe of kids and teenagers. Today we will make wheat pizza recipe. This Atta Pizza is a pizza recipe without yeast or baking soda. We have used normal wheat flour used for rotis to make this amazing & delicious pizza recipe. We added tomato sauce and some fresh veggies along with generous amount of cheese to make this pizza recipe. We have made this pizza recipe on tawa. For Dough:
  • 1.5 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water
For Preparation:
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Green Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • Yellow Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • Cheese
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Oregano
  • Chili Flakes
  • Ghee
  1. In wheat flour and add salt and oil. Mix well. Add water and knead a dough. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Take some portion of the dough and apply some flour and roll it into a roti. Keep the roti little bit thick. Prick the roti with a fork so that it doesn’t rise.
  3. On a hot pan roast the roti well. Apply ghee and roast it well from both sides. 
  4. Now apply tomato sauce. Grate generous amount of cheese on the pizza.
  5. Add some onion pieces, some tomato pieces, some yellow capsicum pieces and some green capsicum pieces.
  6. Sprinkle some oregano and some chili flakes. Close lid and let the pizza cook well. Atta Pizza without oven is ready.
