Soyabean Masala Recipe - Soyabean Recipes Indian Style

Soyabean is highly nutritious and versatile ingredient. Today we will make a tasty and quick Soyabean Masala recipe which can be enjoyed with both rice or chappati. This Soyabean recipe can be an excellent lunch box recipe as it is very quick to prepare. Just boil the soyabean for 3-5 minutes, meanwhile prepare the masala and then just add the soyabean to it and your recipe is ready in a jiff.
For Boiling Soyabean:
  1. 100-200 Grams of Soyabean
  2. Water
  3. Salt
For Preparation:
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • Paste of 2-3 Onions
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon of Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
  1. In a kadhai take some water, add salt and boil the soyabean for 3-5 minutes. Later strain the water out of it.
  2. Heat oil and add paste of 2-3 onions and stir till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté it well. 
  4. Then add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped tomato and salt. Cook the tomato well. Close lid and cook
