In this video we will show a different bhajiya recipe. This tasty Makai Na Bhajiya recipe is very delicious and simple to make. Fresh corn kernels are crushed with some green chillies, ginger  and cumin seeds. To this coarse paste we have added some masalas and some gram flour and rice flour.   • 300 Grams of Corn
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour ( Besan )
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Flour ( Chawal ka Atta )
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds ( Jeera )
  • 4-5 Green Chillies ( Hari Mirch )
  • 1-1.5 Inch Ginger ( Adrak )
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder ( Haldi )
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli ( Lal Mirch ) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Coriander Leaves ( Dhania )
  • Oil
  1. In a mixer jar take cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and corn. Grind it into a coarse paste.
  2. Then to the corn mixture add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well. Don’t  add water to the batter as corn consists of some water.
  3. Take spoonful portion of batter and deep fry the bhajiyas on a medium flame.
  4. Deep fry from all sides and our makai na bhajiya are ready.
