Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 5-6 Boiled & Diced Potatoes
  • 2-3 Teaspoons of Garlic (Lehsun) Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon of Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur-Imli) Chutney
  • Bhunglas
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, garlic paste and fry it well.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
  3. Add dhana jeera powder and mix well.
  4. Add boiled & diced potatoes.
  5. Add lemon juice, sugar and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add chat masala, some coriander leave and mix well.
  7. Now serve the potatoes in a plate, add dates-tamarind chutney and serve it with Bhunglas.
  8. Saurashtra street food Bhungla Bataka is ready.
