  • 2 Bunches of Chopped Methi
  • 2 Diced Potatoes
  • 10-12 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 10-12 Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Mango Powder (Aamchur Powder)
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
Method –
  1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, hing and chopped garlic.
  2. Add turmeric powder and the diced potatoes.
  3. Close lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Now add aamchur powder and chopped green chillies.
  5. Add methi and cook till it settles down.
  6. Add salt and stir well.
  7. Methi Bataka Nu Shaak is ready to eat.
