  • 750 Grams Diced Raw Tomatoes
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 Teaspoon Roasted Peanut Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Sugar
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
Method –
  1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add chopped onions and stir till it turns transparent.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and dhana jeera powder.
  4. Add raw tomatoes and mix well.
  5. Add salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now add Kitchen King Masala, sugar and roasted peanuts powder.
  7. Stir well till the sugar melts.
  8. Add some coriander leaves and Tameta Nu Shaak is ready to eat.
