Aloo Fry Recipe or Crispy Potato Fry is prepared by cooking French Fries in Indian Masala. The crispiness of fried potato gives a good texture to the recipe while the hot Indian masalas add the necessary spice. Enjoy this recipe with paratha or a phulka. Recipe: Ingredients –
  • Potato Wedges
  • 2 Sliced Onions
  • 8-10 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 3 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Salt
Method –
  1. Deep fry potato wedges till they turn golden brown.
  2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Add sliced onions and fry till they turn golden brown.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhana jeera powder.
  5. Mix well and add the fried potato wedges.
  6. Add salt as per taste and mix well.
  7. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Add chopped coriander leaves and masala potato wedges are ready.
