Ingredients –
- Potato Wedges
- 2 Sliced Onions
- 8-10 Curry Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 3 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- Chopped Coriander
- Salt
- Deep fry potato wedges till they turn golden brown.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add sliced onions and fry till they turn golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhana jeera powder.
- Mix well and add the fried potato wedges.
- Add salt as per taste and mix well.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and masala potato wedges are ready.
