Flower Batata Nu Shaak is a classic Indian vegetarian recipe which is made in every household frequently. This quick recipe consists of potatoes and cauliflower cooked in onion based masala and with some traditional spices. This everyday recipe also contains Kitchen King Masala which gives the sabji a different taste and an amazing aroma. Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 300 Gram Cauliflower
  • 3-4 Chopped Garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
Method –
  1. Heat oil and fry chopped garlic cloves till they are golden brown.
  2. Add the onions and cook till they are golden brown in color.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhana jeera powder and kitchen king masala.
  4. Mix the masala well and then add wedges of 3 potatoes.
  5. Add 300 grams of cauliflower and mix the ingredients well.
  6. Add salt and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and Flower Batata Nu Shaak is ready to eat.
