Pasta in White Sauce | Italian Pasta Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

Gujarati Rasoi presents an interesting and easy pasta recipe with loads of veggie delights like broccoli and corn. This broccoli pasta recipe is prepared in white creamy and herby sauce. Broccoli Corn Pasta is a combination of creaminess and spiciness derived from chilli flakes, oregano and Indian green chillies. Recipe: Ingredients-
  • 250 grams of Boiled Pasta (Penne or Spaghetti or Macaroni)
  • 150 grams of Broccoli
  • 100 grams of Corn
  • 1/2 cup of Cream (Malai)
  • 4 Finely chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 3 Teaspoons of Butter
  • 4-5 Teaspoons of Refined Flour Maida
  • Oregano
  • Chilli Flakes
Method-
  1. In a pan take 3 teaspoons of butter. Melt it on low heat.
  2. Add refined flour and blend it well with the butter.
  3. Add finely chopped green chillies and fry it well.
  4. Now add corn and broccoli and sauté it well. Close the lid and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add some oregano and chilli flakes as per taste and mix it well.
  6. Now add cream (malai) and mix the ingredients well.
  7. Add salt as per taste and add the pasta and mix the pasta well with the sauce.
  8. Grate some generous amount of cheese and Broccoli-Corn Pasta in white sauce is ready.
