Recipe:
Ingredients –
- 150 Grams Varai / Moraiyo / Sama Ke Chawal
- ¾ Cup Roasted Peanuts8 -10 Green Chilies1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- Coriander Leaves
- Water
- Ghee
- Salt
- Soak Varai / Moraiyo / Sama Ke Chawal in water for 1-2 Hours.
- Add the soaked & drained varai / moraiyo to the grinder along with jeera, green chilies, roasted peanuts, some water and salt.
- Make a thin batter in the grinder and add some coriander.
- Spread some ghee on a pan and add the batter and spread evenly to make the chilla / pudla.
- Cook from both sides and Farali Pudla is ready.
