Carrot Paratha is a healthy alternative to the usual Aloo ka Paratha. This recipe is made without making a stuffing for the carrot but actually mixing the cooked carrots with the dough so that in every bite you get the taste and vitamins of carrots.

Ingredients:
- 10-12 Medium Sized Carrots
- 3 Cups of Wheat Flour
- ¾ Cup of Gram Flour
- ½ Cup of Yogurt
- 10- 12 Crushed Green Chilies
- Coriander Leaves
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Salt
- Oil
- Ghee
- Heat oil and add the crushed green chilies. Stir it well.
- Now add turmeric and garam masala and mix the masala well.
- Now add the grated carrots and cook them well with masala.
- Add salt as per taste, lemon juice and sugar.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Close the lid and cook for 3 -5 minutes.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Now add ¾ cup gram flour and 3 cups of wheat flour.
- Add salt, 3-4 teaspoon oil, ½ cup yogurt and coriander leaves.
- Knead dough for the parathas.
- Now take a portion of the dough and roll out a paratha as shown in the video. Dust the dough with wheat flour to roll it without getting stuck to the rolling board.
- Roast the paratha on a pan or tawa and apply ghee on both sides.
- Carrot Paratha is ready to relish with pickle and butter.
