Ingredients:
- 500 Grams Chopped Okra (Bhindi)
- 2-3 Lengthwise Chopped Potatoes
- 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- 10-12 Crushed Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1-2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 3/4 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
- 3/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 3/4 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Oil
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, finely chopped green chilies and crushed garlic cloves. Saute it well.
- Add chopped okra and chopped potatoes, stir well. Close lid and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, pav bhaji masala, garam masala, chaat masala and salt. Mix it well. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes to cook the potatoes well. 4. Now add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Bhinda Batata Nu Shaak is ready.
