- 1 Cup Sabudana (Sago)
- 3-4 Boiled Potatoes
- 1.5-2 Teaspoon Green Chilli (Hari Mirch)
- 2 Tablespoon Peanut (Singdana) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- Salt
- Oil
- Grind sabudana coarsely in mixer grinder.
- Take it in a mixing bowl, add cumin seeds, green chilli paste, peanut powder and mash the boiled potatoes in it. Add salt and mix well. Make a dough out of it.
- Grease a board with ghee. Take a portion of dough and flatten it on the board. Make it even from all sides and keep it little thick. Now cut it into long pieces like french fries.
- Deep fry the fries in oil. Make it nice crispy and golden brown. Farali Fries are ready.
