Ingredients:
- 5-6 Lengthwise Chopped Onion
- 8-10 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
- 4-5 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- Salt
- Oil
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida and let it crackle.
- Add lengthwise chopped onions. Sauté it well till turns soft and separates.
- Add finely chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped green chilies.
- Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder and salt. Mix well. Close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes. 5. Add red chilli powder and 1 teaspoon oil. Mix well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and Dungli Nu Khariyu is ready.
