Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 5-6 Lengthwise Chopped Onion
  • 8-10 Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 4-5 Finely Chopped Green Chilies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, asafoetida and let it crackle.
  2. Add lengthwise chopped onions. Sauté it well till turns soft and separates.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped green chilies.
  4. Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder and salt. Mix well. Close lid and cook for 3-5 minutes. 5. Add red chilli powder and 1 teaspoon oil. Mix well.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves and Dungli Nu Khariyu is ready.
