Ingredients:

  • Leftover Roti
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Masala Chana Dal
  • Masala Peanuts (Singdana)
  • Sev
  • Green Chutney
  • Garlic (Lehsun) Chutney
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur-Imli) Chutney
  • Chaat Masala
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Ghee

Procedure:

  1. On a tawa roast a roti. Apply ghee to both sides and roast it till it becomes crispy.
  2. Now take this roasted roti in a serving plate, add some green chutney, garlic chutney and dates-tamarind chutney. Apply it well on the roti.
  3. Add boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, chaat masala, masala chana dal, masala peanuts, sev and coriander leaves.
  4. And that’s it Roti Chaat is ready.
