- Leftover Roti
- Boiled Potatoes
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Masala Chana Dal
- Masala Peanuts (Singdana)
- Sev
- Green Chutney
- Garlic (Lehsun) Chutney
- Dates-Tamarind (Khajur-Imli) Chutney
- Chaat Masala
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Ghee
Procedure:
- On a tawa roast a roti. Apply ghee to both sides and roast it till it becomes crispy.
- Now take this roasted roti in a serving plate, add some green chutney, garlic chutney and dates-tamarind chutney. Apply it well on the roti.
- Add boiled potatoes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, chaat masala, masala chana dal, masala peanuts, sev and coriander leaves.
- And that’s it Roti Chaat is ready.
