Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 2-3 Teaspoon Dahi (Curd)
  • 3-4 Finely Chopped Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Water
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and some water. Whisk it well and ensure no lumps remain in the mixture.
  2. Now heat some oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds and finely chopped green chilies. Stir it and then add water. Add the besan mixture and mix it. Cook on low flame for 3-5 minutes.
  3. If chutney is thick add water as per requirement. Keep the gas low.
  4. Add curd and mix well. Besan Ni Chutney is ready.
