Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Teaspoons of Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
  • Soaked Sabja Seeds (Takmaria)
  • 4-5 Cardamom (Elaichi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Rock Sugar (Khadi Shakar)
  • Cold Water
Procedure:
  1. In a mixer cup add fennel seeds, rock sugar and cardamom. Grind it into a powder.
  2. To this powder add black salt, lemon juice and cold water. Mix well.
  3. Strain it.
  4. In a serving glass add some soaked sabja seeds and pour the strained sharbat. Variyali Nu Sharbat is ready.
