In this mango season do try out this amazing and tangy Kachi Keri Dungli Nu Kachumber. This recipe is an amazing combination of tangy raw mango and crunchy onion. I have added jaggery to balance the sourness of the mango which further enhances the taste of this recipe. On a hot summer afternoon this is a refreshing and a tasty recipe.

Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • 1 Raw Mango (Kacha Aam)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • Jaggery (Gud)
  • Salt

Procedure:

  1. Grate raw mango and onion in a bowl.
  2. Add red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder and salt. Add jaggery as per taste. Add coriander leaves and mix it.
  3. Raw Mango and Onion Kachumber is ready.
