and crunchy onion. I have added jaggery to balance the sourness of the
mango which further enhances the taste of this recipe. On a hot summer

Ingredients:
- 1 Raw Mango (Kacha Aam)
- 1 Onion
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- Jaggery (Gud)
- Salt
Procedure:
- Grate raw mango and onion in a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder and salt. Add jaggery as per taste. Add coriander leaves and mix it.
- Raw Mango and Onion Kachumber is ready.
