Paneer Roll is a yummy & tasty snacks recipe which you can prepare for your friends and family. This tasty paneer roll recipe is prepared by marinating the paneer in curd and some masalas. The paneer is sautéed in pan to give a nice roast taste. I have applied green chutney to Roti and have added some onions to make it tempting. Roasted Paneer Roll Recipe :


  • Roti
  • 400 Grams Paneer Cubes
  • Lengthwise Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Curd (Dahi)
  • 1-2 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Green Chutney
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Ghee
  1. In a mixing bowl add curd, ginger-garlic paste, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix it. Add paneer cubes and mix. Marinate if for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat some oil and add the paneer mixture. Fry it till it dries.
  3. On a roti, apply green chutney. Place some paneer mixture and add lengthwise chopped onion. Roll it.On tawa add some ghee and roast the roll. Turn it and roast the other side. Paneer Roll is ready.
