Ingredients:
  • 2 Chopped Onion
  • ½- ¾ Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • Oil

Procedure:

  1. In chopped onions add red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  2. Now heat some oil for tadka. Make the oil very hot and then switch off the gas and add asafoetida.
  3. Add this tadka to the onions and mix well. Dungli Ni Chatni is ready.
