- 2 Chopped Onion
- ½- ¾ Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- Oil
Procedure:
- In chopped onions add red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
- Now heat some oil for tadka. Make the oil very hot and then switch off the gas and add asafoetida.
- Add this tadka to the onions and mix well. Dungli Ni Chatni is ready.
