rotli. In this recipe we have used boiled potatoes and have tossed it in
vaghar of til, jeera, hing and saunf. With some simple masalas and a
garnish of coriander leaves this potato sabji recipe is simply amazing.

Ingredients:
- 500 Grams Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Til)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Amchur Powder
- ¾ Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Oil
Procedure:
- Heat some oil and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds and asafoetida. Sauté it well.
- Add diced boiled potatoes and stir it well. Let it saute it well for 2-3 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix well. Toss it to mix the masalas well. If you stir too much the boiled potatoes might break so do toss it.
- Add amchur powder, chilli flakes and mix it. Garnish it with coriander leaves and our Jodhupuri Aloo is ready.
