Boondi Chaat
Boondi Chaat is a tasty and an amazing chaat recipe to prepare at home. This chaat consists of boiled chickpeas which gives a nice taste to this chaat. Along with chutneys we have also used dahi to prepare this amazing chaat recipe. I have added some boondis in the curd to get an amazing taste of boondi and curd along with some boondis on top to provide nice crunchy texture. Recipe:
Ingredients:
  • Curd (Dahi)
  • Boondi Boiled Chickpeas (Safed Chana)
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Pomegranate Seeds (Anar)
  • Chaat Puris
  • Sev
  • Green Chutney
  • Dates-Tamarind (Khajur-Imli) Chutney
  • Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Procedure:
  1. In curd add boondi, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, salt and sugar. Mix well.
  2. In serving plate place the boondi-dahi mixture. Add some chaat puris, boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes, boondis and onions.
  3. Sprinkle some red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, chaat masala and some salt.
  4. Again, add some boondi-dahi mixture, dates tamarind chutney and green chutney. Add pomegranate seeds, boondi, sev and coriander leaves. Boondi Chaat is ready.
