Papad Nu Shaak is a recipe anytime you want and enjoy with some hot

Ingredients:
- 7-8 Papads
- 3 Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 Finely Chopped Tomato
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Procedure:
- Deep fry the papads.
- Heat some oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida. Stir it.
- Add finely chopped onions and stir till it turns golden brown.
- Add finely chopped tomato and cook till it softens.
- Add ginger-garlic paste. Add some salt. Stir well.
- Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add around 1 cup water and stir well. Close lid and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Crush the fried papad and add it to the gravy. Add coriander leaves. Mix well. Papad Nu Shaak is ready.
