Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Desiccated Coconut (Nariyal)
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 1 Cup of Sugar
- ¾ Teaspoon Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
- Chopped Pistachios (Pista)
- Chopped Almonds (Badam)
- Ghee
Procedure:
- Heat some ghee in a thick bottomed utensil and add desiccated coconut. Roast it for 2-3 minutes on medium gas.
- Add milk and stir well.
- Add sugar and mix well. Stir continuously on medium flame till it thickens and starts to leaves the kadhai.
- Now add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Grease a mould or a plate and put the mixture in it. Spread it evenly. Top it with chopped almonds and pistachios. Let it cool down little bit and then let it set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- After it is set, cut it into pieces. Kopra Pak is ready.
