Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • Bread 250 Grams of Boiled Corn (Makai)
  • ¾ Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Finely Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • ¾ Teaspoon Oregano
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch)
  • Powder
  • Salt
  • Butter
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl add boiled corn, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, little salt and cheese. Mix well.
  2. Add some butter on tawa. Toast the bread from both sides.
  3. Place the mixture over the bread and spread it evenly. Sprinkle some water around the bread to melt the cheese well. Close lid and let the cheese melt.
  4. Cheese Corn Toast is ready.
