Oats Smoothie is a healthy and diet special recipe. This weight loss recipe is very easy to make and is tasty too. This smoothie is sugar free and for sweetness we have added banana and dates. Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Roasted Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2-3 Teaspoons of Sabja Seeds
  • 3 Seedless Dates (Khajur)
  • 4 Soaked & Peeled Almonds (Badam)
  • Cinnamon (Dalchini) Powder

Procedure:

  1. In a glass add sabja seeds, dates, almonds and roasted oats. Add milk and soak it. Keep it in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a mixer cup add the soaked mixture, banana and water. Blend it.
  3. Oats smoothie is ready. Serve it in glass and sprinkle some cinnamon powder.
