This is a quick snack recipe having a nice spicy and tangy taste. Masala Corn recipe is loved by everyone and is very simple to make. Boil some corn and sauté it with some masalas and our tasty and tangy masala corn is ready. I have used butter to sauté the corn to make it more tempting.   • 300 Grams Boiled Corn (Makai)
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Butter


  1. Add salt while boiling corn.
  2. Add some butter in a pan and melt it.
  3. Add boiled corn and sauté it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add black pepper powder, black salt, red chili powder and mix well. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix well and our corn masala is ready.
