Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- ¾ Teaspoon Garam Masala
- ½ Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Til)
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
- In wheat flour add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder, garam masala, carom seeds, sesame seeds and salt. Mix well.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix it.
- Add water and knead a firm dough. Apply some oil and make it smoothe. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Make small portions of the dough and roll it into puri.
- Deep fry the puris and our recipe is ready.
