I have added carom seeds and sesame seeds to it to make this masala puri tastier and yummier. I have used very simple masalas while preparing this recipe. Masala Puri Recipe Video :

  • 2 Cups of Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (Til)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water
  1. In wheat flour add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder, garam masala, carom seeds, sesame seeds and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix it.
  3. Add water and knead a firm dough. Apply some oil and make it smoothe. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Make small portions of the dough and roll it into puri.
  5. Deep fry the puris and our recipe is ready.
