Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 Grated Potato
  • 2 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Finely Chopped Tomato
  • 1.5-2 Teaspoon Green Chili-Garlic (Hari Mirch-Lehsun) Paste
  • ¾ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Crushed Coriander Seeds (Sabut Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl add gram flour, salt and water. Mix it and prepare the batter.
  2. Now add grated potato, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato and coriander leaves.
  3. Add green chili-garlic paste, asafoetida, black pepper powder, crushed coriander seeds and mix well.
  4. Heat oil for frying bhajiyas. Add 1-2 tablespoons of hot oil in batter and mix it to make it crispy.
  5. Now make bhajiyas and fry it well. Kathiyawadi Tameta Dungri Na Bhajiya is ready.
