Boondi Raita

Recipe: 

Ingredients:

  • Boondi
  • 1 Cup Curd (Dahi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Water

Procedure:

  1. Soak boondis in water for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Whisk the curd.
  3. In a mixing bowl drain the boondis and add it to the bowl. Add curd. Mix it.
  4. Add roasted cumin seed powder, chaat masala, black salt, salt, red chili powder, sugar and coriander leaves. Mix well. Add water if required.
  5. Boondi raita is ready.
