Khakhra Salad Recipe :


  • 2-3 Khakhras
  • Lengthwise Chopped Onion
  • Lengthwise Chopped Tomato
  • Lengthwise Chopped Capsicum
  • Lengthwise Chopped Cucumber
  • Lengthwise Chopped Raw Mango
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ¾ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • Black Salt
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (Optional)
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)


  1. In a mixing bowl add khakhra pieces. Add lengthwise chopped onion, lengthwise chopped tomato, lengthwise chopped capsicum, lengthwise chopped cucumber and lengthwise chopped raw mango.
  2. Add black pepper powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin seeds powder, black salt, lemon juice, olive and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Khakhra Salad is ready.
