Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Curd (Dahi)
  • 1 Finely Chopped Green Chili (Hari Mirch)
  • 10-15 Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • ¾ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • Water

Procedure:

  1. In a mixer cup add curd, finely chopped green chili, mint leaves, coriander leaves, roasted cumin seeds powder, chaat masala and black salt. Add water and blend it.
  2. Pudina Masala Chaas is ready.
