Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Curd (Dahi)
- 1 Finely Chopped Green Chili (Hari Mirch)
- 10-15 Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- ¾ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seeds (Jeera) Powder
- ¾ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- ¾ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
- Water
Procedure:
- In a mixer cup add curd, finely chopped green chili, mint leaves, coriander leaves, roasted cumin seeds powder, chaat masala and black salt. Add water and blend it.
- Pudina Masala Chaas is ready.
