This summer season do try out this refreshing and tasty Jaljeera recipe. Jaljeera summer drink is very quick to make. Jaljeera is also good for your digestion and you can have it after your dinner. You can prepare this Jaljeera recipe with soda or even with cold water. Add some ice cubes and enjoy an amazing Jaljeera recipe at your home. 

Recipe: 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • ½ Cup of Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1-1.5 Inch of Ginger (Adrak)
  • 1.5 -2 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • 1 Teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Cold Water 

Procedure:

  1. In a mixer cup blend coriander leaves, mint leaves and ginger.
  2. In a serving jug add ice cubes and the blended mixture. Add roasted cumin seed powder, black salt, amchur powder, black pepper powder and lemon juice. Add cold water and stir well.
  3. Jaljeera is ready.
