Kokum Sherbat
Kokum Nu Sharbat is a perfect summer cooler recipe. This summer do try out this cool & refreshing sharbat recipe. This is an instant sharbat recipe which you can prepare and store it in refrigerator to enjoy it through out the summer season. We have also added some cumin seed powder and black salt to give it a nice chatpata taste. Try out this summer special recipe and don’t forget to comment.
 

Recipe: 

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup of Kokum
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Water

Procedure:

  1. In a utensil add kokum, sugar and water. Stir it and let it boil for 5-7 minutes. After is starts to boil close lid and let it be for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Let it cool and then add the kokum in a mixer. Add roasted cumin seed powder, black salt and lemon juice. Blend it. Add the water used to boil kokum as per requirement while blending it.
  3. Drain the syrup and remove it in a bowl.
  4. In glass add 2 tablespoons of this syrup in a glass. Add ice cubes and water. Stir well.
    Kokum Nu Sharbat is ready.
