Cheesy Garlic Pav

Today we will make kid’s favourite Cheesy Garlic Pav. This Cheesy Garlic Pav recipe will be loved by everyone and it is very quick to make. We will prepare special butter for this cheesy recipe to give it a nice taste. We will bake this Garlic Pav recipe so that it becomes little bit crisp and hard. Recipe:
Ingredients:

  • For Stuffing:
  • 3-4 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 2-3 Finely Chopped Tomato
  • ½ Cup Boiled Corns
  • 3-4 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Finely Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • ¾ Teaspoon Oregano
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leave (Dhania)
  • Salt

For Garlic Butter:

  • 3-4 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
  • 8-10 Finely Chopped Garlic (Lehsun)
  • ½ Teaspoon Chili Flakes Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)

For Preparation:

  • Pavs
  • Grated Cheese
  • Chili Flakes
  • Oregano 

Procedure:

  1. For stuffing in a mixing bowl add chopped onion, chopped tomato, boiled corn, chopped capsicum, black pepper powder, chili flakes, oregano, chopped coriander leaves, tomato sauce and salt. Mix well.
  2. For garlic butter in melted butter add chili flakes, finely chopped garlic cloves, coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. In a kadhai put a stand, close lid and on medium gas pre heat it.
  4. Meanwhile cut the pav from between, apply the prepared butter to both sides. Add grated cheese, put the stuffing and add more cheese on top of it. Sprinkle chili flakes and oregano. Close the pav and apply butter on top. I would recommend to use Mozzarella Cheese.
  5. Now open lid of kadhai and on the stand place a plate. Apply butter to the plate and place the pav. Close lid and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
  6. Cheesy Garlic Pav is ready.
