  • 3-4 Bajra Na Rotla 
  • 250-300 Grams Finely Chopped Spring Onions 
  • 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes 
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste 
  • 3-4 Teaspoons of Curd (Dahi) 
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania) 
  • Finely Chopped Mint Leaves (Pudina) 
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera) 
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder 
  • 1 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala 
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • Salt
  • Oil


  1. Make pieces of Bajra Na Rotla.
  2. Heat some oil in pan and add cumin seeds and spring onions. Sauté it well.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and add chopped tomato.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, dhana jeera powder, kitchen king masala and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add curd and stir well. Add some water.
  6. Add bajra na rotla pieces and mix well.
  7. Garnish it with coriander leaves and mint leaves. Vagharelo Rotlo is ready.
