Recipe: Ingredients:
- 1.5 Cups of Jowar Flour
- ¼ Cup Curd (Dahi)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- In a mixing bowl take jowar flour, add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, curd, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Add water and prepare the batter for pudla. Don’t make the batter too thick.
- On a tawa spread some oil and heat it well. Pour the batter and prepare the pudlas. Cook the pudla on medium flame.
- Add some oil on top and flip it over. Cook from both sides. Our jowar na pudla is ready.
