  • Paneer Pieces
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Rice Flour (Chawal Ka Atta)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili (Lal Mirch) Powder
  • ¾ Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Chaat Masala
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
  1. In a mixing bowl add gram flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, carom seeds, asafoetida, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
  2. Add water as per requirement and prepare batter for pakoras.
  3. Dip Paneer pieces in the batter and cover it. Deep fry them in hot oil. Fry them on medium flame.
  4. Serve it in a plate and top it with chaat masala. Serve Paneer Pakodas with green chutney and onions.
